Terms of service
Last updated 11 September 2026. Short version: $249 once, refundable in full for 30 days, the material is yours to learn from and not to republish, and we train you for the role rather than promise you the job.
The agreement
By using a10x.dev you agree to these terms. A10X is operated by Armando Gonzalez. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What membership includes
A membership gives you the 14-day sprint, the practice cases, the coach, the company dossiers, and the weekly briefing, for as long as A10X exists. We add and revise material continuously, which is the point of the product, so the exact contents will change over time.
Billing and cancellation
Membership is a one-time payment of $249, billed once by Stripe. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Your receipt and invoice are in the Stripe portal under the email you paid with.
Founding members who joined on the $39-per-month plan before 28 August 2026 keep that plan exactly as it was: billed monthly by Stripe, renewing until you cancel in the membership portal, with access until the end of the period already paid for and no proration of partial months.
If you are unhappy, email hello@a10x.dev within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no argument and no exit survey.
Refunded on placement. If we present you to a company through our placement service and you are hired there, the $249 you paid for membership is refunded in full when you start, whenever that happens. Founding members are refunded what they have paid to date. Email hello@a10x.dev with your start date and it is done.
Loop Packs
A Loop Pack is a one-time purchase and not a subscription. It is $249, or $149 if you are a member, billed once by Stripe. The dossier is public and stays public. What you are paying for is a timed 60-minute simulation of that company’s loop and a graded review of your answers. We send you the simulation brief within 24 hours of purchase, and your graded review within 24 hours of you submitting it.
There are two ways to a full refund, both inside 60 days of purchase: a claim we tagged VERIFIED turns out to be wrong when you meet the real process, or you are unhappy with your graded review, for any reason. Email hello@a10x.dev and it is done, no questions. This 60-day window is separate from, and does not shorten, the 30-day membership refund above.
Your account
Member access is tied to the email you paid with. Signing in emails you a link that works for 15 minutes, and the browser you open it in stays signed in for 30 days. Keep sign-in links to yourself: anyone who opens one is signed in as you. Sharing it, or sharing the material with people who have not paid, ends the membership without a refund.
What the grading is, and is not
Case grading and the coach are produced by an AI model against a written rubric. They are a practice tool. They are not an assessment by any employer, they are not a hiring signal, and no company sees your answers. Model output can be wrong. Use your own judgment.
No guarantee of employment
We publish real salary ranges and real hiring loops because they are useful reference points. They are not a promise. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of an interview, or a guarantee of a salary. What you get is preparation. What you do with it is yours.
Content and ownership
The cases, briefings, rubrics, and dossiers are ours. You may use them to learn, quote them with attribution, and apply everything you learn in your own work and interviews forever. You may not republish them, resell them, or use them to build a competing training product.
The answers you write are yours. We use them only to grade your work and improve the grader.
Jobs and companies
The jobs board and company dossiers aggregate public information from company career pages. We are not the employer, we do not control those listings, and roles can close or change without notice.
Availability
We aim to keep the product up and current. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and if we discontinue the product entirely we will stop billing and give members reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or lost income.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Before anything formal, email hello@a10x.dev. Most things get solved in one message.
