For engineers
Get presented to companies hiring Forward Deployed Engineers.
Resumes do not show deployment judgment, so the companies hiring FDEs are drowning in applicants they cannot tell apart. We grade you on a real deployment case and put the result in front of the people with the open req. You are never charged for this. The company that hires pays the fee.
How it works
- Tell us who you are. The form below. Two minutes.
- Sit the case. One timed deployment problem, graded on six dimensions: the questions you ask before building, scoping, tool-use design, orchestration, evals, and rollout. It is free and it takes an hour.
- We present you. If you clear the bar and there is a live req that fits, we ask you first, then send your profile and your graded review to that company. Never before you say yes to that specific company.
- If you do not clear it, we tell you which dimension cost you the points, and you can train and sit it again. The training is our $249 one-time, and we refund it in full if we place you.
Who this is for
Working software engineers, generally four years in or more, who can hold a customer conversation and ship into someone else's production environment. You do not need "forward deployed" on your CV. Almost nobody has it: the title only went mainstream in the last two years, which is exactly why the bar is decided by a case and not by a keyword.
What we do not do
We do not charge candidates, ever. We do not blast your CV at a list. We do not submit anyone we have not graded, because one bad submission costs us every future one. And we do not promise a job: we promise a read, an honest answer, and a real submission when there is a real fit.
